Nanette S. Iggulden

Many realtors claim that they can “speak a client’s language,” but for Nanette that’s no idle boast. Born in Iran, raised in Italy and Australia, and a California resident since 1985, Nanette is fluent in six languages, including Italian, Farsi and French. No matter what language she says it in, though, one of Nanette’s favorite phrases is, “There’s no better investment than Southern California real estate.”

Working from Keller Williams' Pacific Palisades office, Nanette brings to her clients a portfolio of talents as diverse as the languages she speaks. Her business expertise is built on the foundation of an economics degree and an MBA. Nanette’s clients also benefit from her many years of top-level marketing experience—she’s worked on such advertising accounts as IBM and Johnson & Johnson in New York City, and on branding strategies and creative campaigns for The Walt Disney Company in Burbank. Perhaps most important, Nanette understands the very fabric of the communities she presents to her real-estate clients – the neighborhood “sub-cultures” and nuances, the resale value of the locations she presents to her clients, and investment potential of the specific properties she recommends. She also contributes to charities including the Save The Children and the ONE campaign.

Though she lists her hobbies as “yoga, traveling, and learning more languages,” Nanette readily admits that she loves being a “people person” most of all. Her genuine drive to bring happy buyers and sellers together combined with her cultural dexterity, proven business savvy, and seasoned marketing skills, make Nanette one real-estate professional who is truly fluent in her work.
